Since the music is all dance music, you are guaranteed to sweat, making zumba a perfect cardio workout. There are no dance requirements for taking part in zumba classes so it is open for everyone and anyone. Zumba classes are thought of as a party because it is essentially just moving to the music. Zumba classes are open for every age so you do not have to worry about being too old. Each zumba class is all about having fun and revolves around enjoying the working out process.
